  • Do I get to keep the sign?
    Unfortunately, no, you don't get to keep it. We are a rental service. We will ocassionally offer custom purchase options but those will be listed separately in our online store (coming soon).
  • What areas do you service?
    Our service area includes Bakersfield. If you have a question about whether your town is included, please contact us. Zipcodes include: 93301, 93304, 93305, 93306, 93307, 93308, 93309, 93311, 93312, 93313, 93314 We also service Shafter, Wasco, Delano and Lamont for a small travel fee. We are part of a larger affiliate group of 500+ locations across the US. You can also visit and enter your zipcode to find the closest affiliate to your area!
  • When are the signs setup?
    Currently our signs are delivered between 4:30am and 9am the day of your event. We cannot guarantee your setup time as it depends on travel times and number of signs to be setup the day of your event. **Delivery times may change when the time change happens on Nov 1st.**
  • How much does it cost to rent a sign?
    Check out our pricing and rental option prices under our PRICINGtab.
  • Do you take last minute orders?
    Yes! If we have the availability and the inventory we can do next day or even same day orders! **rush fee does apply**
  • How long will the sign stay in my yard?
    SUMMER HOURS (May-July): Signs are setup between 4:30-9am & picked up starting at 7pm REGULAR HOURS (Aug-April): TBD We do offer additional days if you'd like to keep the sign for an extended period of time (if we have the availability). *We can not guarantee an exact delivery or pickup time, as it varies from day to day depending on location of other signs & time spent at location
  • Do I need to be there for set up or tear down?
    Nope! You simply place the order with us, pay your invoice, and we handle the rest! You are free to let us know your preference for yard placement, but we try to place our signs in a highly visible area, and we always text you a photo of the finished product!
  • What if it rains or we have severe weather?  Are your greetings waterproof?
    Yes, our signs are waterproof! We will even set up in the rain, as long as there is NO lighting! We do ask in the summer days to leave sprinklers off, as when the signs get wet, and then the sun dries them with our extreme heat, it will warp our signs, and that makes everyone sad, as you will be responsible to replace any warped signs. In the event we have to cancel or change the timing of your greeting, you will be notified in as advance as possible.
  • Can the greetings be used indoors?  Or only outside?
    Currently we do not offer indoor setups.
  • Can I setup or take down the sign myself?
    Unfortunately, no. Our signs must be setup by trained Sign Gypsies. This ensures you receive the best greeting possible & will be a true reflection of our brand standards. Take downs must be handled in the same manner to avoid damage to the signs. We thank you for your understanding!
