BOO Booking Request Form

All booking requests will be reviewed for availability.  Boo's are $45 and Payment is due upon booking.

BOO HOURS:

BOO'S will be setup after 8PM on a given day, they will then be picked up after 7PM the following day

to go to their next BOO yard! We will leave a small bag of candy with a

trick or treat bag designed by "Designs by Jennifer Highfill" along with a

"You've been "BOOED" door hanger telling your "BOO" who "BOOED" them!

**DUE TO HIGH NUMBER OF BOO REQUESTS, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A DELIVERY DATE, AS IT GETS CLOSER TO YOUR REQUESTED WEEK, WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH YOUR DELIVERY DATE (PLEASE ENSURE YOUR CELL PHONE NUMBER IS CORRECT, AS WE WILL BE TEXTING YOU)**

BOO SETUP OPTIONS:
please choose a week during which you would like the BOO setup, we will inform you of the date after ALL bookings have come in, to ensure the lower price range we will "group" the bookings by neighborhoods.
so we can do age/gender appropriate graphics!
